Blackmores evening primrose oil + fish oil is a rich natural source of the omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from evening primrose oil, and the omega-3s EPA and DHA from fish oil.
Dosage
Adults - Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with meals.
Contains:
- Natural Fish Oil 500 mg approximately equivalent to:
- Omega-3 marine triglycerides 150 mg
- Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 90 mg
- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 60 mg
- Evening Primrose Oil Approximately equivalent to:
- Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 50 mg
