Directions:
- Wash and dry your hands before opening the pouch
- Dry excess saliva around the mouth ulcer
- Using clean and dry fingers, remove the patch from the pouch
- Apply the patch to the ulcer and press for at least 10 seconds until it adheres
- Leave the patch on until it dissolves in your mouth
